After adding the extension by clicking on Add extension as shown in the screenshot below. Click on Download in the above screen and add Chrome Remote Desktop extension to chrome as shown in the screen below. There is a remote desktop software called chrome remote desktop developed by Google that allows a user to remotely control another computer.To remotely access and perform touch events on Chrome OS devices such as Chrome book, follow the below mentioned steps. We are able to remotely view Chrome OS devices with the above mentioned android apps but not able to perform touch events.The API used to perform touch events in all these android apps is mentioned in the link below. 
There are various applications such as SureMDM, Teamviewer, Anydesk to remotely access android devices and perform touch events on them with the help of their corresponding android client apps such as SureMDM Nix, Teamviewer QuickSupport and Anydesk Remote control respectively. Android apps designed for phones and tablets can be optimized for Chromebooks. Many Chrome OS devices for instance,chrome book now support Android apps and Google play store.
